By clicking the “Submit” button, your registration for the above named participant, grants him/her participation in the Cape Riptide Travel Team Baseball Program. You assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation and agree to hold harmless the Cape Cod Baseball Club, Inc, its principals, coaches, sponsors, supervisors and staff from any claim whatsoever arising out of an injury or death to the registered participant, whether the result of negligence or for any other cause, except to the extent and in the amount covered by our accident or liability insurance.
