CAMP REGISTRATION

Thank you for choosing a Cape Cod Baseball Club program. We are excited for your child to join us this year. Please complete the registration form below. Upon submitting the form, you will be redirected to PayPal where you can pay for your child’s participation with a credit card or PayPal account. If you prefer to send payment via check, please make it payable to Cape Cod Baseball Club and mail it to 31 Jonathan Bourne Drive, Unit 8, Pocasset, MA 02559.  Thank you!

By clicking the “Submit” button, your registration for the above named participant, grants him/her participation in one of the Cape Cod Baseball Club’s programs.  You assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation and agree to hold harmless the Cape Cod Baseball Club, Inc, its principals, coaches, sponsors, supervisors and staff from any claim whatsoever arising out of an injury or death to the registered participant, whether the result of negligence or for any other cause, except to the extent and in the amount covered by our accident or liability insurance.
